Motivování zaměstnanců a systém odměňování je součást personální managementu. Vedoucí pracovníci musí zajistit pro své zaměstnance efektivní a spravedlivý systém odměňování a hodnocení. Top managers have to attended effective and rightful systém of remuneration and rating for their employes.
