Changes in education in the context of informatization

Abstract:

S nástupem zavádění informačních a komunikačních technologií do společenských procesů dochází nejen ke změně společnosti, ale v rámci zavádění ict do vzdělávání, dochází také ke změnám ve vzdělávání a procesu učení se. Výpočetní technika se stává součástí běžného života, mění se význam pojmu informace. Vyvstávají nové požadavky, které sebou proces informatizace a správné chápání informací přináší. Především na vzdělanost, přesněji znalosti jednotlivce. Ve vzdělávání dochází k degradaci myšlení. Autor této práce se snaží uvést změny ve vzdělávacím procesu a upozornit na problémy, jaké má informatizace, nejen ve vzdělávání, dopady na společnost. Autor dále upozorňuje na chápání vzdělávání jako ekonomické komodity a přibližuje důsledky informatizace na fyziologický a psychologický vývoj člověka. Na základě analýzy zdrojů vedou změny ve vzdělávání k degradaci myšlení a potlačení samotného smyslu vzdělávání, tedy možnosti poznávat a umět vyvodit potřebné souvislosti na základě systémového myšlení.

Abstract:

Upcoming implementation of information and communication technologies in social processes causes not only the change of society but within the implementation of ICT in education also causes changes in education and learning process. Computer technology is becoming a part of everyday life, the concept of the word "information" is also changing. The process of informatization and a proper understanding of the word "information" causes raising of new requirements, mainly in education, more exactly the knowledge of the individual. In education, there is a degradation of thinking. The author of this thesis tries to bring changes to educational process and points on the problems of informatization and its impacts on society (not only in education). He further points on understanding of education as an economic commodity and brings the consequences of informatization on the physiological and psychological human evolution. Based on the analysis of the sources the changes in education lead to degradation of thinking and supress the very meaning of education, which means the possibility to know and be able to deduce the necessary connections based on system thinking.
