Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá plazmovou polymerací, tedy depozicí tenkých organických vrstev metodou PECVD. Takto vytvořené vrstvy mohou mít v závislosti na depozičních podmínkách širokou škálu vlastností, od měkkých, hydrofilních vrstev až po tvrdé, nerozpustné a superhydrofobní vrstvy. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the plasma polymerization, i.e. deposition of thin organic coatings by means of PECVD. Depending on the deposition conditions, the coatings exhibit a wide variety of properties, from soft and hydrophilic to hard, insoluble and superhydrophobic.
