Evaluation of efficiency of investment project of the installation slitting lines in the company XY, a.s.

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám hodnocením efektivnosti investičního záměru instalace dělící linky ve firmě XY, a.s. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda firma zvolila skutečně efektivní záměr a příjmy z investice pokryjí kapitálové výdaje na pořízení a výrobní činnost podélné dělící linky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části popisuji kapitálové výdaje, peněžní toky i jednotlivé metody hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru a snažím se vystihnout jejich podstatu. V analytické části představuji firmu a dělící linku formou technicko-ekonomické studie, aplikuji vybrané metody na konkrétní investiční záměr ve firmě a pomocí porovnávání výsledků vyhodnocuji ekonomickou efektivnost záměru, podle níž navrhnu firmě opatření či doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of effectiveness of investment project of the installation slitting line in the company XY, a.s. The main aim of my work was to find out if the company had really chosen economically effective business plan and whether the income from the investment covers the expenses for purchasing and maintenance costs of the slitting lines. This work is divided into two parts. In the theoretic part there are described deposits of capital, cash flows and methods for evaluaiton of efficiency of investment project with the focus on their core implementation. In the analytical part the company and the slitting line is introduced by technical-economic analysis, further I have applied chosen methods to the business plan of the company and through the compared results I evaluate economic effectiveness of the project. According to these results I propose further precautions or recommendations.
