Abstract:

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je nájem prostor za účelem bydlení, jimiž nemusí být vždy pouze byty, neboť podle §2236 odst. 2 občanského zákoníku k obývání může být pronajat i jiný než obytný prostor, a tato možnost je někdy skutečně byužívána. Na téma nájmu těchto prostor budu ve své práci nahližet zejména z pohledu pronajímatele. Cílem práce by mělo být popsat a analyzovat platnou právní úpravu nájmu bztu, která se vztahuje i na jiné prostory, pokud jsou používány k bzdlení, i vzbrané problémy, které v souvislosti s tím vznikají či mohou vzniknout.

Abstract:

The subject of my diploma thesis is the lease of space for housing, which does not always have to be just apartments, because according to §2236 article 2 of the Civil Code for housing can be rented other than living space, and this option is sometimes actually used. On the topic of renting these spaces, I will look in my work mainly from the perspective of the landlord. The aim of the work should be to describe and analyze the valid legal regulation of renting bztu, which also applies to other premises, if they are used for braking, as well as the problems that arise or arise in connection with it.
