Criminological aspects of domestic violence
Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je poskytnout celistvý a neutrální pohled na problematiku domácího násilí, zejména u seniorů jako osob ohrožených domácím násilím, se zaměřením na kriminologické aspekty tohoto jevu v obecné rovině a přispět tak k ochraně a bezpečí seniorů před domácím násilím.
Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to provide a holistic and neutral view of the issue of domestic violence, especially in the elderly as persons at risk of domestic violence, focusing on the criminological aspects of this phenomen in general and to contribute to the protection and safety of the elderly from domestic violence.
