V mojej Bakalárskej práci s názvom Zásady rozpočtového hospodárenia som sa rozhodol zaoberať samotným pojmom rozpočet, jeho charakteristiky, objasnení významu a funkcie. V práci som sa ďalej výrazne venoval rozpočtovému procesu a rozpočtovým zásadám, ktoré upravujú samotnú tvorbu rozpočtov vo verejnej správe. Konkrétne táto časť práce je najrozsiahlejšia.
