Common contexts in dancer's and athlete's work

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce na téma Společný kontext v práci tanečníka a sportovce je nalezení společných okruhů, vlastností a návyků v životě tanečníků a sportovců. V rámci práce představuji historický kontext dvou základních tanečních technik – klasického a moderního tance, a vybraných sportovních aktivit – atletiky, gymnastiky, fotbalu a hokeje. V druhé části práce se zabývám rozhovory s významnými osobnostmi tance a sportu, se kterými jsem sestavila jednotlivé otázky, které se dotýkají tanečního či sportovního vývoje, stylu života, práce, fyzické a psychické kondice, stravy, odpočinku, regenerace atd., a z nichž vychází společné kontexty, pozitiva a negativa. K jednotlivým otázkám také přikládám vlastní zkušenosti a získané informace mi jsou cenným poučením pro osobní pedagogický a trenérský růst.

Abstract:

The goal of my bachelor thesis titled Common contexts in dancer‘s and athlete‘s work is to find mutual sectors, features and habits in a dancer’s and sportsman’s life. Within this topic I present the historical context of the two fundamental dancing techniques – classical and modern dance, and selected sport activities – athletics, gymnastic, football and ice-hockey. The second part of my thesis consists of interviews with some of the significant names related to both dance and sport, with whom I have put together individual questions, which have an effect on dance or sport development, lifestyle, work, physical and mental condition, diet, relaxation, regeneration etc., and from which arise the common contexts, pros and cons. To every single question, I also add my own experience and the gained information are a valuable lesson for my personal pedagogical and coaching growth.
