Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou farmakoterapie u seniorů v domácí péči. Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat kvalitu farmakoterapie u seniorů v domácí péči. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje základy farmakologie, změny farmakologie ve stáří a péči o seniory. Dále jsou v práci popsány cíle a výhody domácí péče a její specifika. The Bachelor's thesis is focused on pharmacotherapy problems in the elderly at home care. The aim of the thesis is to explore the quality of pharmacotherapy in the elderly at home care. The work is dividend into two parts. The theoretical part is describes basics of pharmacotherapy, changes in pharmacotherapy in the elderly and care about seniors.
