Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit intenzitu strachu z porodu u žen ve třetím trimestru těhotenství. Dále zjistit souvislost strachu z porodu s následujícími proměnnými - věk, parita, předchozí komplikace s porodem, návštěva předporodních kurzů a přítomnost partnera při porodu. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 212 těhotných žen, které v průběhu těhotenství navštěvovaly prenatální poradnu nebo gynekologickou ambulanci ve třech vybraných nemocnicích v Moravskoslezském kraji. Výzkum probíhal od srpna 2019 do listopadu 2019 pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire verze A. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že strach z porodu se vyskytuje u 37 % respondentek. Věk, vzdělání, parita ani navštěvování předporodního kurzu v těhotenství nemá statisticky významnou souvislost s intenzitou strachu z porodu. Naopak přítomnost partnera při porodu hraje významnou roli při eliminaci strachu z porodu. Také se ukázalo, že ženy, které měly u předchozího porodu komplikace, pociťují nižší intenzitu strachu z porodu než ženy, které neměly komplikace u předchozího porodu. Závěr: Bylo zjištěno, že se vyskytuje velké množství žen, které trpí strachem z porodu. Součástí zdravotní péče o ženu by mělo být vyhledávání a sledování žen s vysokým rizikem vzniku strachu z porodu a již v těhotenství pečovat o psychiku ženy. Také je potřeba dbát na dostatečnou edukaci.

Abstract:

Objective: The aim of my master thesis was to find out the fear intensity of birth in women in 3rd trimester of pregnancy and the relationship of fear of birth with the following variables such as age, parity, previous complication with childbirth, attendance of antenatal courses and presence of an accompaniment during childbirth. Methodology: Representative sample was comprised of 212 pregnant women, who during pregnancy going to the prenatal ambulance, hospital or gynecological ambulance in three selected hospital in Moravian-Silesian Region. The survey took place from September 2019 to November 2019 using a standardized questionnaire Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire verze A. Results: The research found that 37 % of respondents were afraid of childbirth. Research has shown that age, education, parity and attending an antenatal courses in pregnancy have no statistically significant correlation with the intensity of childbirth fear. Furthermore, it was found that the accompaniment during childbirth plays an important role in eliminating the fear of birth. It has also been shown that women who had a previous negative experience of childbirth have a lower intensity of childbirth fear than women who do not have that experience. Conclusion: The childbirth fear has a huge importance on the physiological childbirth and the postpartum period. Significant fear of childbirth can affect the whole planning of conception and have a negative impact on pregnancy. The aim of the work was fulfilled. It has been found that there are a large number of women suffering from childbirth fear. Looking for and monitoring women at high risk of fear of childbirth should be part of the health care of a woman. Already during pregnancy, the psyche of the woman should be taken care of and sufficient education should be ensured.
