Anotácia:

Pracovní uplatnění lidí s mentálním postižením Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob s mentálním postižením. Skládá se ze tří kapitol a dalších subkapitol. V první kapitole je uvedena charakteristika mentálního postižení, klasifikace mentálního postižení a charakteristika jednotlivých stupňů mentálního postižení. V samostatné subkapitole jsou charakterizovány možnosti vzdělávání dětí s mentálním postižením buď ve škole hlavního vzdělávacího proudu, nebo ve speciálních školách. Ve druhé kapitole je charakterizovaná profesní příprava žáků s mentálním postižením a jsou uvedeny možnosti jejich pracovního uplatnění. Pozornost je věnovaná úloze úřadu práce při zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením a zejména problematice metody podporovaného zaměstnávání, používanou při uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením na trhu práce. Cílem bakalářské práce a výzkumného projektu je analyzovat metodu podporovaného zaměstnávání používanou při uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením na trhu práce.

Abstract:

Working fulfilment of persons with mental disability This thesis deals with the employment of persons with mental disabilities. The thesis consists of three chapters and other sections. In the first chapter there is a characteristic of mental disability, mental disability classification and characteristics of individual degrees of mental disability. In a separate sub-chapter are characterized by the possibility of education of children with learning disabilities either in a mainstream school or in special schools. In the second chapter a professional preparation of students with learning disabilities and are given their employability. Attention is paid to the role of authority in employing people with mental disabilities, especially on methods supported employment used in the application of persons with mental disabilities in the labor market. The aim of the thesis and the research project is to analyze the method used in supported employment opportunities for persons with mental disabilities in the labor market.
