Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta na domácí parenterální výživě. Cílem této práce bylo navržení a následná realizace edukačního procesu u vhodného pacienta splňujícího daná kritéria. Součástí edukačního procesu byla vytvořena edukační brožura, která obsahuje návod, jak správně napojit a odpojit parenterální vak na Broviac katétr. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola popisuje parenterální výživu, indikace, kontraindikace, rozdělení této výživy a v neposlední řádě také komplikace, které mohou v souvislosti s touto výživou nastat. Druhá kapitola se již zabývá domácí parenterální výživou. Tato část práce se zaměřuje také na žilní přístupy, které se k podání domácí parenterální výživy využívají a péčí o ně. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na edukaci v ošetřovatelství. V první části jsou popsány základní edukační pojmy a edukační metody. Druhá část kapitoly se zaměřuje na edukační proces a jeho jednotlivé fáze. V praktické části je nejprve teoreticky navržen edukační proces u konkrétní pacientky na domácí parenterální výživě a poté také popsána jeho realizace. Edukační proces probíhal v rámci pěti jednotek přesně dle předem stanoveného plánu.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the education of a patient who will use home parenteral nutrition. The thesis was aimed to propose and then implement the educational process for a suitable patient who meets the set requirements. An educational brochure that contains a picture manual describing how to correctly connect and disconnect a parenteral bag to a Broviac catheter was created as a part of the educational process. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of 3 main chapters. The first chapter describes parenteral nutrition, indications, contraindications, the division of this kind of nutrition, and last but not least, also the complications which may occur in this context. The second chapter follows up the home parenteral nutrition. This part of the thesis also aims at venous accessibilities that are used for home parenteral nutrition and their care. The third chapter describes the educational processes in nursing. In the first part, the fundamental educational terms and educational methods are described. The second part of the third chapter focuses on the educational process and its parts. At the beginning of the practical part, a theoretical educational process is suggested for a particular patient using a home parenteral nutrition and subsequently, its realization is described. The educational process was held in 5 units strictly according to the pre-set plan.
