Ochrana spotřebitele při poskytování spotřebitelského úvěru

Consumer Protection in Terms of the Granting of Consumer Loan
Abstract:
Autorka diplomové práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s právní úpravou poskytování spotřebitelského úvěru v České republice. Analyzuje platnou právní úpravu, porovnává ji s komunitárním právem a rakouskou právní úpravou. Na základě těchto poznatků a na základě poznatků z praxe se poté zamýšlí nad návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The author of the thesis sets as her aim to introduce to readers legal regulation of granting of consumer loan in the Czech republic. She analyses valid legal regulation, compares it with legal regulation of the European Communities and Austria. On the basis of this knowledge and on the basis of practically acquired knowledge the author considers propositions de lege ferenda.
