Tato práce se zaobírá tématikou, která lze zařadit do oblasti veřejných financí. V úvodu nám krátce přiblíží pojmy jako veřejné finance, veřejný rozpočet, rozpočtová struktura. Dále se práce více zaměřuje na určitou složku těchto rozpočtů, a sice na mimorozpočtové fondy. Najdeme zde definici těchto fondů, jejich názvy, účel, financování. This work deals with topic that may be included in public finances. In the introduction we briefly approaching notions of public finances, public budgets, the budget structure. This work is also more focused on a specific budget of these, namely the extra-budgetary funds. We can find the definition of these funds, their names, purpose and funding.
