Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá získáváním studentů ze středních škol technických v Ústí nad Labem pro vybranou firmu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké způsoby volí studenti, když hledají své první zaměstnání a jakým konkrétním způsobem zaměstnavatel inzeruje nabídku pracovních míst, a v závěru provést komparaci. Dále zjistit představy a požadavky studentů na pracovní podmínky a zda firma tyto atributy splňuje. Ve firmě je většina pracovních míst obsazena staršími zaměstnanci, proto je má práce zaměřena na získávání studentů ze středních škol. Tedy především na jejich představy o pracovních podmínkách a způsobech hledání prvního zaměstnání. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřeno právě na studenty středních škol vybraných maturitních a učebních oborů. Z výsledků dat jsem zjistila, že je pro studenty stále nejdůležitějším faktorem, při výběru zaměstnání, mzda. Představy studentů o její výši se však liší od reality. Všechny výsledky jsou zpracovány v hlavní kapitole mé práce.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with obtaining students for selected company from high technical schools in Ústí nad Labem. The aim is to identify the ways of choosing students when they are look for their first job. How employers advertise their offer to get a job and at the end to make a comparation. In addition, to determine needs and demands of students working conditions, and if the company complies with these attributes. The most jobs are occupied by older employees in company, that´s the reason I focused my thesis on getting students from secondary schools. Primarily I focused on their ideas about the working conditions and searching their first job. My thesis includes a questionnaire survey which is geared specifically to high school students graduation or vocational courses. The most important factor for students, of choosing a job, are still salary. That I found from the results of my screening. Students' ideas are so different from reality about the amount of salary. All results are presented in the main section of my theses.
