Určování biomolekulárních struktur ve vysokém rozlišení pomocí elektronové mikroskopie

Determination of high-resolution structures of biomolecules with electron microscopy
Abstract:
In this thesis we study apoferritin as the standard for high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy. We define properties and physical principles of transmission electron microscope. We evaluate measured data and data processing done by specific software and at the end we evaluate quality and reality of final 3D structure.

V tejto bakalárskej práci sa venujeme určovaniu štruktúry apoferritínu pomocou kryo-elektrónovej mikroskopie vo vysokom rozlíšení. Charakterizujeme vlastnosti apoferritínu, vďaka ktorým je štandardom pre túto metódu. Popisujeme stavbu a fyzikálne princípy transmisného elektrónového mikroskopu.
