Hemofilia - adaptation process of family

Abstract:

V diplomové práci jsme se zabývali nemocí hemofilie, jejím vlivu na nemocného i jeho celou rodinu. V teoretické části jsme zpracovali profil nemoci z hlediska její historie, genetiky, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky a léčby. Dále obsahuje specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s hemofilií. Popisujeme adaptační proces, jeho vývoj a fáze. Definujeme domácí zdravotní péči, její možnosti a druhy a rozsah služeb. V praktické části jsme zpracovali a následně porovnaly dvě kazuistiky pacientů s hemofilií. Zjišťovali pocity a potřeby rodičů dítěte. Porovnáním adaptačního procesu obou rodin jsme došli k závěru, že adaptační proces obou rodin se liší jen časovou délkou, jinak prochází všemi fázemi adaptace naprosto stejně. Z výsledků našeho výzkumu jsme vytvořili leták usnadňující rodinám nemocným s hemofilií projít adaptačním procesem snadněji. Zde jsme shromáždili všechny dostupné kontakty na pomáhající organizace zaměřené na pacienty s hemofilií.

Abstract:

There we was dealing with disease named hemophilia and her impact to diseased and his family. In theoretic part we processed profile of disease from its history and genetic and the clinical picture and diagnosis and treatment. Also contain specification of nursing care with patient with hemophilia. We are describing process of adaptation with progress and phases. We defined home care with possibilities and types and range of services. In practic part we processed and compared two case interpretation of patients with hemophilia. We were investigating feelings and needs of parents of kid. By comparing of adaptation process of both families we discovered result that process of adaptation of both families is different only with time length but other phases are same. From results of our research we made leatflet which is helping to famillies with diseased by hemophilia to handle to the process of adaptation easily. We cumulated whole available contacts of helping organisations specializing to patients with hemophilia here.
