Medical rehabilitation program and process after injuries of shin, ankle and foot

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úrazů v oblasti bérce, hlezna a nohy. V obecné části jsou uvedeny poznatky z anatomie, kineziologie a traumatologie. Jsou zde také zmíněny základní vyšetřovací postupy. Speciální část je zaměřena na jednotlivé metody léčebné rehabilitace - kinezioterapii, fyzikální léčbu, myoskeletální medicínu a ergoterapii. Dále jsou v této části uvedena preventivní opatření proti vzniku deformit a úrazů hlezna a nohy. V poslední praktické části je popsán průběh rehabilitace pacientky po zlomenině kotníku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the injuries in the area of shin, ankle and foot. The first general section comprises of the knowledges about the anatomy, kinesiology and traumatology of these body parts. There is also described the basic examination. The second part of the thesis is focused on specific methods of therapeutic rehabilitation – kinesiotherapy, physical therapy, myoskeletal medicine and occupational therapy. Further on, there is compared the preventive care with the rise of deformities and injuries of ankle and foot. In the last practical part is described the procces of the medical rehabilitation after ankle fracture.
