Abstract:

Cílem této práce je posoudit, zda je podnik Pekáreň NANDY vhodný k tomu, aby se stal předmětem franchisingu. Úvodní kapitola této práce je věnována vysvětlení teoretických pojmů, popsání výhod či nevýhod franchisingu a rozboru postupu při zakládání franchisingového podniku. V další části je analýza podniku. Součástí této analýzy je popsat momentální stav podniku a také prozkoumat kroky podniknuté k tomu stát se předmětem franchisingu a zanalyzovat marketingové aktivity, jelikož franchising je především marketingový systém. Z hlediska franchisingu jsou ve třetí kapitole popsány předpoklady pro úspěšnost a možné překážky, které by mohly podniku bránit v tom stát se úspěšným franchisorem. Na základě tohoto posudku jsou v poslední kapitole vypracovaná doporučení, které by měl podnik zvážit na cestě k úspěchu ve franchisingu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess whether the company Pekáreň NANDY is suitable to become the subject of franchising. The introductory chapter of this work is devoted to the explanation of theoretical concepts, description of the advantages or disadvantages of franchising and analysis of the process of establishing a franchising company. The next part is an analysis of the company. Part of this analysis is to describe the current state of the company and also to examine the steps taken to become the subject of franchising and analyze marketing activities, as franchising is primarily a marketing system. From the point of view of franchising, the third chapter describes the preconditions for success and possible obstacles that could prevent the company from becoming a successful franchisor. Based on this assessment, the last chapter develops recommendations that the company should consider on the road to success in franchising.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je posúdiť, či je podnik Pekáreň NANDY vhodný na to, aby sa stal predmetom franchisingu. Úvodná kapitola tejto práce je venovaná vysvetleniu teoretických pojmov, popísaniu výhod či nevýhod franchisingu a rozboru postupu pri zakladaní franchisingového podniku. V ďalšej časti je analýza podniku. Súčasťou tejto analýzy je popísať momentálny stav podniku a tiež preskúmať podniknuté kroky k tomu stať sa predmetom franchisingu a zanalyzovať marketingové aktivity, keďže franchising je predovšetkým marketingový systém. Z hľadiska franchisingu sú v tretej kapitole popísané predpoklady pre úspešnosť a možné prekážky, ktoré by mohli podniku brániť v tom stať sa úspešným franchisorom. Na základe tohto posudku sú v poslednej kapitole vypracované odporúčania, ktoré by mal podnik zvážiť na ceste k úspechu vo franchisingu.
