Tato práce se zabývá popisem strategie Kaizen jednak v rovině teoretické, tak následně i v rovině praktické. Konkrétní firmou, na které byl právě se implementující systém Kaizen popsán, je Avia Ashok Leyland Motors. This thesis deals with the Kaizen strategy description on the theoretical and the practical level as well. The company on which the implementing Kaizen system was described is Avia Ashok Leyland Motors. The theoretical part tackles the definitions of key concepts, 5S system, visual management and clarification of Japanese term muda.
