Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na podnikání vybrané obchodní firmy Moser a.s., a má za cíl navrhnout strategie, které pomohou zvýšit odbyt této společnosti. This thesis focuses on the business of a selected trading company, Moser a.s., and aims to suggest strategies that will help increase the company's sales. During the course of the thesis, SWOT, PESTLE and competitive analysis were conducted to get a comprehensive picture of the internal and external factors that affect Moser's business.
