Check the Status of Beverage Vending Machines via GSM Modules

Abstract:

V rámci práce jsou navrhovány tři druhy systémů pro hlídání stavu nápojového automatu. Je zde popsána funkce telemetrie, poté zapojení kapacitních hladinových snímačů s vyhodnocovací jednotkou. GSM komunikátor se zde chová jako poplachová ústředna, jelikož je na ni připojeno otřesové čidlo a zároveň výstup z vyhodnocovací jednotky spojené s hladinovými snímači. Přínosem práce je seznámení se s principem funkce GSM sítě. Jsou zde popsány funkce GSM/GPRS modulů, jakožto důležitých prvků pro zabezpečování objektů, ale i jako kontrolorů automatů. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání, jestli je systém hlídání stavu surovin pomocí GSM/GPRS modulu efektivnější, než-li zdánlivě namáhavější a finančně náročnější fyzická kontrola. Ekonomickou analýzou navržených systémů kontroly nápojového automatu se porovná současné hlídání a kontrola automatu.

Abstract:

In the propose of work are three types of systems for monitoring the state of a drink machine. It describes the function of telemetry, then the involvement of capacitive water level sensor to the evaluation unit. GSM communicator, it acts as an alarm panel, since it is connected to the shock sensor, while the output of an evaluation unit associated with level sensors. The topics are familiar with the principle functions of the GSM network. They also described the function of GSM / GPRS modules, as important elements for securing objects, as well as automatic controllers. The aim of this work is compared, if the system is monitoring the status of raw materials with GSM / GPRS module more effective than a seemingly arduous and expensive physical control. The economic analysis of the proposed control systems drink machine to compare the current monitoring and control of the machine.
