Abstract:
V tejto práci je prezentovaný dvojkrokový proces spracovania obrazu, ktorý má za cieľ segmentovať obrazové dáta organoidov. Tieto dáta obsahujú dva obrazové kanály, v jednom sú ofarbené membrány buniek a v druhom jadrá buniek. In this thesis, we present a two-stage image analysis pipeline for segmenting membrane-stained and nuclei-stained image data of organoids captured using a fluorescence microscope.
