Identification of crisis in company and creating correctional restrictions

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou krizového řízení a implementací strategie turnaround v podniku, který se nachází ve stádiu chronické krize. V práci jsou postupně popsány definice, stádia a příznaky krize v podniku, které budou následovány představením jednotlivých zkoumaných společností. U těchto společností bude provedena finanční analýza za účelem zjištění, zda se v krizi nacházejí. U společnosti, která se prokazatelně nachází ve stádiu chronické krize, je provedeno zkoumání, zda podnik implementoval strategii turnaround za účelem záchrany společnosti.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of crisis management and implementation of turnaround strategy in a company, that is in a stage of chronic crisis. The thesis describes the definitions, stages and symptoms of the crisis in the company, which will be followed by the introduction of the examined companies. For these companies will be realized a financial analysis for determine, if they are in crisis. A company, that is proven to be in a chronic crisis is being examined to see, if the company has implemented a turnaround strategy to save the company.
