Personality of Teacher in Kindergarten

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje osobnosti učitele v mateřské škole. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část je členěna do jednotlivých kapitol a podkapitol, které se zaměřují na osobnost obecně, učitele, mateřskou školu a učitele mateřské školy. Z poznatků v teoretické části vychází druhá, empirická část. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem a jak často rozvíjejí svoji osobnost učitelé mateřské školy v odborné oblasti vzhledem k délce profesní praxe. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo ve spolupráci s učitelkami mateřských škol a rodiči dětí předškolního věku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the personality of kindergarten teacher. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part is divided into individual chapters and subchapters that focus on personality in general, teachers, kindergarten and kindergarten teachers. The second empirical part is based on the findings in the theoretical part. The main aim of the empirical part of diploma thesis was to find out how and how often kindergarten teachers develop their personality in the professional field with respect to the length of their professional practice. The research was conducted in cooperation with kindergarten teachers and parents of preschool children.
