Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním principů time managementu v práci manažera ve společnosti Siemens, s.r.o. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat, jakým způsobem manažeři ve firmě organizují svůj čas, jaké nástroje a metody využívají, jak jejich přístup ovlivňuje týmovou spolupráci a jak je vnímán jejich podřízenými. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována vlivu firemní kultury a specifikům hybridního pracovního prostředí na řízení času. V teoretické části práce byly představeny základní přístupy a metody time managementu, včetně Eisenhowerovy matice, Pomodoro techniky, metody Getting Things Done a Paretovo pravidlo. Popsán byl také vliv řízení času na stres, well-being a work-life balance a přiblíženy byly výzvy spojené s time managementem v hybridním pracovním modelu. Praktická část práce byla realizována formou strukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery a podřízenými. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že ve společnosti Siemens, s.r.o., je v oblasti řízení času kladen důraz na flexibilitu a autonomii zaměstnanců. Manažeři i podřízení využívají především základní nástroje, přičemž systematické metody time managementu jsou využívány spíše okrajově. Mezi hlavní bariéry efektivního řízení času patří častá vyrušení, neefektivní porady a nedostatečné sdílení osvědčených postupů. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byla formulována doporučení pro zlepšení v oblasti time managementu na individuální i týmové úrovni. Práce přináší praktické podněty, které mohou podpořit efektivnější využívání času v manažerské praxi společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the use of time management principles in the work of a manager at Siemens, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to analyze how managers in the company organize their time, what tools and methods they use, how their approach affects teamwork and how it is perceived by their subordinates. Special attention was paid to the influence of corporate culture and the specifics of a hybrid work environment on time management. The theoretical part of the thesis presented basic time management approaches and methods, including the Eisenhower Matrix, the Pomodoro Technique, the Getting Things Done method and the Pareto Rule. The influence of time management on stress, well-being and work-life balance was also described and the challenges associated with time management in a hybrid work model were presented. The practical part of the thesis was carried out in the form of structured interviews with managers and subordinates. The results showed that in Siemens, s.r.o., the emphasis in time management is on flexibility and employee autonomy. Managers and subordinates mainly use basic tools, while systematic time management methods are used rather marginally. The main barriers to effective time management include frequent interruptions, ineffective meetings and insufficient sharing of best practices. Based on the findings, recommendations were formulated for improvements in the area of time management at the individual and team level. The work brings practical suggestions that can support more effective use of time in the company's management practice.
