Abstract:

Tauber O. Řízení rizik v odvětví IT průmyslu u společností fungujících na modelu SaaS. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik v odvětví IT průmyslu u společností fungujících na modelu SaaS. V první části této práce jsou objasněna teoretická východiska, která se váží k problematice managementu rizik, procesu řízení rizik a modelu SaaS. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou dále uplatněny ve výzkumné části práce. Analytická část obsahuje vymezení kritických oblastí pro potřeby analýzy rizik v podniku fungujícím na modelu SaaS, identifikaci, analýzu a vyhodnocení potenciálních rizik spojených s podnikem fungujícím na modelu SaaS. Výsledková část využívá výstupů provedených analýz a navržených řešení rizik k identifikaci a návrhu vhodných metod řízení rizik pro podniky využívající model SaaS.

The diploma thesis deals with risk management in the IT industry for com-panies operating on the SaaS model. The first part of this thesis explains the theo-retical background relating to the issue of risk management, the risk management process, and the definition of the SaaS model. These theoretical findings are further applied in the research part of the work. The analytical part contains a definition of critical areas for the needs of risk analysis of the company based on the SaaS model, identification, analysis, and evaluation of potential risks associ-ated with an enterprise operating on the SaaS model. The result part uses the outputs of the analyses and proposed solutions to the risks to identify and propo-se appropriate risk management methods for enterprises using the SaaS model.
