Rotation heationg of nonmagnetic billets in stationary magnetic field

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá technologii rotačního indukčního ohřevu. Hlavním cílem práce je sestavení matematického modelu popisujícího zmíněnou technologii, jeho numerické řešení a následné experimentální ověření. V úvodu práce je zařazeno stručné seznámení s problematikou indukčního ohřevu a také přehled základních technologii, které jsou dnes v praxi využívány. Dále je formulován matematický model, který na základě parciálních diferenciálních rovnic popisuje rozložení magnetického a teplotního pole v pohybujícím se prostředí. Formulovaný matematický model je následně ověřen na navrženém a sestaveném experimentálním zařízení, na kterém byla provedena měření vypočtených veličin. Práce vznikla na základě výzkumné činnosti na Katedře teoretické elektrotechniky FEL ZČU v Plzni v rámci grantu GAČR P102/10/0216.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the ratational induction heating technology. The main goal is to build a mathematical model describing this technology, its solution and subsequent experimental verification. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains a brief introduction to the methods of induction heating, and an overview of the currently used basic technologies. The mathematical model of rotational heating formulated in the second part of the thesis is based on partial differential equations describing the distribution of temperature and magnetic field in a moving environment. The third part of the thesis describes verification of calculated results on the experimental device. The work was based on the research activities of the Department of Theoretical Electrical Engineering University of West Bohemia in the frame of the project GACR P102/10/0216.
