Práce se zabývá postkonfliktní obnovou Bosny a Hercegoviny se zaměřením na plnění mandátu Daytonské mírové smlouvy ze strany regionální bezpečnostní organizace OBSE, jejíž byly přiděleny touto mírovou smlouvou rozsáhlé kompetence. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the post-conflict reconstruction of a small Balkan state, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the emphasis on a wide-range mandate assigned by the Dayton Peace Accords to the regional security organization OSCE.
