Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je provést deskripci a analýzu metod sociální práce s jednotlivými klienty v postpenitenciární péči v Ostravě v období let 1974 - 1989, dále také popsat vznik a vývoj postpenitenciárního střediska v Ostravě a možnosti jeho činnosti při resocializaci osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V diplomové práci je využita strategie historického výzkumu. Výzkumná data jsou získávána z primárních zdrojů i sekundárních zdrojů. Primární data jsou čerpána z Archivu města Ostravy. Součástí diplomové práce je rozhovor s pamětníkem a zakladatelem postpenitenciárního střediska v Ostravě. Výsledkem diplomové práce je ucelený popis vzniku a vývoje postpenitenciárního střediska a činnosti sociálních kurátorů při resocializaci společensky nepřizpůsobených v Ostravě v období 1974 - 1989.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyse the methods of social work with individual clients in the post-penitentiary care in Ostrava in the period 1974-1989, then also to describe the formation and development of post-penitentiary centre in Ostrava, including its possibilities of activity at the resocialization of persons released from execution of imprisonment. In this diploma thesis there is utilized the strategy of historical research. Research data are obtained from both primary and secondary sources. Primary data are taken from the Ostrava City Archive. A component part of diploma thesis is an interview with a witness and founder of the post-penitentiary centre in Ostrava. The result of thesis is a comprehensive description of formation and development of the post-penitentiary centre and of social curators´ activities at the resocialization of socially unadapted persons in Ostrava in the period 1974-1989.
