Abstract:
Spokojený pacient je současným trendem zdravotnických zařízení. Komplexní spokojenost nemocného i spokojenost v jednotlivých oblastech ošetřovatelské péče je významným ukazatelem kvality. Proto jsou pacienti žádáni k hodnocení kvality poskytované péče. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou zdrojem informací, které vedou ke změnám a zlepšení kvality. A complete patient?s satisfaction as well as the satisfaction in the individual areas of nursing care is an indicator of the quality.
