Abstract:

Cílem práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti PODLAHY HEBÍK PETR s. r. o. Na základě poskytnutých podkladů od managmentu podniku, z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a databází, byla provedena strategická a finanční analýza podniku. Ve strategické analýze byla analyzována data na makro úrovni, dle makroekonomické predikce, kterou vydává Ministerstvo financí České republiky. Dále byla provedena analýzy odvětví dle CZ-NACE, Pest analýza a Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. Finanční analýza byla proveden na základě analýzy absolutních ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů a za pomocí použití metod komplexního hodnocení podniku. Z výsledků strategické analýzy bylo zjištěno, že odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí je stabilní a z výsledků finanční analýzy bylo dosaženo závěru, že podnik je finančně zdravý a stabilní. Na základě potvrzení principu pokračující hodnoty podniku bylo přistoupeno k samotném ocenění obchodního závodu. Vypracovány byly dvě metody ocenění, a to metoda kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů v paušální variantě a majetková metoda na bázi tržních hodnot. Tržního hodnota společnosti byla stanoven na základě provedeného majetkového ocenění. K metodě KČV nebylo přihlédnuto.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value of the company PODLAHY HEBÍK PETR s. r. o. On the basis of the information provided by the management of the company, from publicly available sources and databases, a strategic and financial analysis of the company was carried out. In the strategic analysis, data at the macro level was analysed according to the macroeconomic forecast issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. In addition, the analysis of the sector according to CZ-NACE, Pest analysis and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces were carried out. The financial analysis was carried out on the basis of analysis of absolute indicators, ratio indicators and using the methods of comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise. From the results of the strategic analysis, it was found that the industry in which the enterprise operates is stable and from the results of the financial analysis, it was concluded that the enterprise is financially sound and stable. On the basis of the confirmation of the principle of going concern value, the actual valuation of the business plant was proceeded with. Two valuation methods were developed, namely the capitalized net income method in the lump sum variant and the equity method based on market values. The market value of the company was determined on the basis of the property valuation carried out. The KČV method was not taken into account.
