Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsem se pokusila nastínit základní principy a orgány vysokoškolské samosprávy, její místo v právním systému České republiky a v právní teorii, a dále ji pak srovnat s Českou advokátní komorou a slovenskou právní úpravou.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I tried to show up basic principles and authorities of Higher education Institutions’ autonomy and its placement in Czech law system and of course in legal theory. In the end I compared it with the Czech Bar Association and Slovak laws.
