Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a odměňováním zaměstnanců ve Finanční správě ČR. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojmy související s pracovní motivací a odměňováním v obecné rovině. The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees in the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic.
