Diplomová práce se zabývá objasněním úlohy trestného činu pomluvy, úrovní právní ochrany osobní cti a dobré pověsti člověka, a to v oblasti trestního práva. Rovněž se bude zabývat ochranou osobnostních práv, která jsou zakotvena v novém občanském zákoníku. The diploma thesis deals with a clarification regarding criminal defamation, also with level of legal protection of honor and good reputation, all of this in fields of criminal law.
