Tato bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzy rizik v podniku. Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení pojmů, souvisejících se strategickým řízením podniku a analýzou rizik. V praktické části je stručně představena restaurace Burger King Area Bory DRIVE THRU a rizika navrhovaných strategií rozvoje podniku zpracovávané autorkou.
