Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace motivačního systému v organizaci. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky optimalizačního systému v organizaci provést analýzu motivačního systému ve společnosti XYZ CZ, s. r. o. a navrhnout efektivní optimalizační model jejího dosavadního motivačního systému.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the optimization of the incentive system in the organization. The aim of the thesis is based on the theoretical background of optimization problems in the organization to analyze the motivational system in the company XYZ CZ, s. r. o. and propose effective optimization model of the existing system of motivation.
