Analysis of Cost Management in the Installation Process of Photovoltaic Power Plants

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich řízení v procesu instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je věnována teoretickým znalostem o chování nákladů včetně kalkulací. Druhá část, praktická, je věnována přiblížení procesu instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny a návratnosti instalované fotovoltaické elektrárny. Dále je provedena analýza nákladů v jednotlivých fází instalace a dle druhového členění nákladů a kalkulace předběžných a výsledných nákladů. Na závěr celé práce jsou návrhy a doporučení, jež mohou být pro analyzovanou společnost v budoucnu přínosem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the cost analysis and cost management in the process of installing photovoltaic power station. The bachelor is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on literature knowledge about cost management, including calculations. The second part, practical, is dedicated to the process of installing photovoltaic power system and the return of installed photovoltaic power system. Furthermore, an analysis of costs in individual phases of installation and calculation of preliminary and final costs is processed. At the end of the entire bachelor's thesis, there are suggestions and recommendations that may be benefit to the analyzed company in the future.
