Business Plan " Founding a violin shop in Prague"

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán pro subjekt, který plánuje zahájit podnikatelskou činnost v oboru houslařství. Na základě zjištěných informací vyhodnotit realizovatelnost navrženého plánu za současných podmínek na trhu. Podnikatel se zabývá opravami a stavbou smyčcových nástrojů a prodejem doplňkového sortimentu. V bakalářské práci je představena volba právní formy a struktura podnikatelského plánu. Dále jsou v práci provedeny analýzy prostředí a analýza konkurence. Finanční plán hodnotí aktuální ceny materiálu v houslařském oboru a poskytuje představu o plánovaných nákladech a výnosech podnikání.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis aims to prepare a business plan for an entity that plans to start a violin-making business. Based on the information found, evaluate the feasibility of the proposed plan under the current market conditions. The company is engaged in the repair and construction of stringed instruments and the sale of additional products. The bachelor thesis presents the choice of legal form and the business plan's structure. In addition, the thesis provides an analysis of the environment and an analysis of the competition. The financial plan evaluates the current material prices in the violin-making industry and provides an idea of the projected costs and revenues of the business.
