Business Plan for Founding a Tapas Bar
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro zahájení podnikání. V první části řeší teoretická východiska problematiky sestavování plánu a legislativní rámec pro zahájení podnikání v ČR. Dále je sestven komplexní podnikatelský plán tapas baru. Tento plán obsahuje marketingový a finanční plán. Dále analýzy SWOT, Porterovu analýzu a analýzu SLEPT.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with a business plan to establish tapas bar. In the first part , there is theoretical description of problematic of business plan and the legal framework for starting business in Czech republic.
