Bakalářská práce se věnuje poškozenému a oběti trestné činnosti, jejich postavení v trestním řízení a právům, která jsou jim právními předpisy přiznána. Oba pojmy jsou vzájemně porovnány. Je vymezena související právní úprava, včetně předpisů Evropské unie, zhodnocen soulad národní právní úpravy s právem EU a popsán vývoj předmětné legislativy i s důvody, které vedly k nedávným změnám. This Bachelor Thesis deals with the injured person and victim of crime. It is also focuses on the situation of the victim of crime and the injured person during the criminal proceeding and their rights which are declared by the law system.
