Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu aminokyselin v medovinách pomocí HPLC, kvantitativní stanovení prolinu a optimalizaci chromatografické separace aminokyselin v medovinách. Aminokyseliny byly nejprve z medovin extrahovány, poté derivatizovány dansylchloridem a nakonec stanoveny kapalinovou chromatografií ve spojení s fluorescenčním detektorem. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on analysis of aminoacids in mead by HPLC, quantitative determination of proline and optimization of chromatographic separation of amino acids in mead. The amino acids were first extracted from the mead, then derivatized with dansyl chloride and ultimately determined by liquid chromatography in conjunction with the fluorescence detector.
