Abstract:
Práce je věnována sledování trendů v podnikání v oblasti stolování. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza a odhalení současných trendů v oblasti provozování restaurace. Ústřední hypotézou je následující tvrzení: trendy u pražských restaurací jsou shodné s celosvětovými trendy. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí.
