Teambuilding in non-profit making organizations

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na skupiny a týmy, vyskytující se v neziskovém sektoru. Důraz je kladen na využití teambuildingu, jakožto prvku zefektivňujícího týmovou spolupráci v organizaci. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy a jednotlivé programy teambuildingu, plánování programu, proces vytváření teambuildingového programu a vyhodnocení. V praktické části jsou zkoumány vlivy a rozsah teambuildingu v neziskovém sektoru. Jako cíl práce je stanoveno zhodnocení využívání teambuildingových metod v neziskovém sektoru. Praktická část práce byla zpracována jako dotazníkové šetření. Elektronickým dotazníkem bylo osloveno 110 neziskových organizací. Návratnost dotazníků byla 40,9% .

Abstract:

This work is focused on groups and teams, occurring in the non-profit sector. Emphasis is placed on the use of teambuilding, as an element of more efficiently teamwork in the organization. In the theoretical part of the terms are clarified and the various teambuilding programs, program planning, the process of creating teambuildingového program evaluation. The practical part is examining the impact and scope of teambuilding in the non-profit sector. As the objective of this work, is provided for evaluation of the use of teambuilding methods in the non-profit sector. The practical part of work was prepared as a survey. Electronic questionnaires covered 110 non-profit organizations. The return of questionnaires was 40.9%.
