Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat sjednocení sazeb pojistného, aktuální změny v oblasti kalkulace pojistného a následně analyzovat dopad této zásadní změny na pojišťovny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Úvodní kapitola teoretické části pojednává o základních pojmech v oblasti pojišťovnictví. Dále teoretická část poskytuje interpretaci konceptu životního pojištění, a to z pohledu historie pojišťovnictví, regulace, právní úpravy, pojistných produktů ad. Praktická část se soustředí na analýzu směrnice Rady 2004/113/ES, která je prolínána formulací pojmů v oblasti rovného zacházení a diskriminace, jelikož jsou považovány za klíčové náležitosti této směrnice. Příčina sjednocení sazeb pojistného je čtenáři objasněna na základě rozsudku Test-Achats. Jádrem praktické části je dotazníkové šetření na základě něhož je zjištěna mnou stanovená hypotéza. V konečné fázi se práce věnuje vlivu sjednocení sazeb pojistného na pojišťovny, následně komparaci před a po zavedení unisex tarifů.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of unification of insurance premium rates, present changes in insurance and analyzing the impact of this fundamental change on insurance companies. For this reason, the work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The introductory chapter of the theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of insurance. The theoretical passage also provides interpretation of the concept of life insurance, from the perspective of the history of insurance, regulation, insurance products and others. The practical part focuses on the analysis of directive 2004/113/EC which is interconnected with the concepts of equal treatment and discrimination because they are considered to be key elements of this directive. The reason for the unisex rates is clarified on the judgment Test-Achats. The collected data obtained from the questionnaire survey are used to analyze the closing chapters. The closing chapters dealing with the impact of unisex rates on insurance companies and then comparing before and after the introduction of unisex tariffs.
