Analysis of Factoring at K&L-SERVIS s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje faktoring jako finanční nástroj použitý v jednom malém českém podniku, který se zčásti zabývá exportem služeb a zboží. Faktoring je zde použit jako alternativní zdroj financování krátkodobého charakteru. Využitím faktoringu došlo k vyřešení nejdůležitějšího problému společnosti a to nedostatku provozních prostředků. Nakonec se ukázalo, že jeho využití v tomto konkrétním případě je vhodnější než příhodný produkt České exportní banky, která by měla už z podstaty svého názvu exportéry podporovat.

Abstract:

Bachelor work describe the factoring as a financial tool used in one small czech firm which remains exporting goods. Factoring is used as an alternative source financial short term charakter. Utilization of factoring was the most important problem to solve society’s lack of operating funds. Even though, the usage in this case was random, at the end, it showed, it was a very well chosen variety. Unfortunately, in this case, the collaboration failed with the Czech Export Bank, from the principle it should have supported the export.
