Instant termination of employment (termionation withou notice)

Abstract:

The work is to point out the system for immediate termination of employment and also the possibility, which can be immediate termination of employment legally applied in practice, either by the employee or the employer. The work is divided into three integrated parts. The first chapter discusses the historical and current view in the immediate termination of employment. The second chapter discusses the ways in early termination of contracts and passes closer to the specifications where legislation is dealt immediate termination of employment and also the immediate termination of employment by the employee and employer. The last chapter is a comparison of selected EU Member States, where he discusses the differences in immediate termination of employment.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poukázať na systém okamžitého skončenia pracovného pomeru a tiež na možnosti, kedy sa dá okamžité skončenie pracovného pomeru zákonne uplatniť v praxi, či už zo strany zamestnanca alebo zo strany zamestnávateľa. Práca je rozdelená do troch ucelených častí. Prvá kapitola rozoberá historický a súčasný pohľad v okamžitom skončení pracovného pomeru. V druhej kapitole, na začiatku rozoberá spôsoby skončenia pracovného pomeru a prechádza ku bližšej špecifikácií kde je rozobraná legislatíva okamžitého skončenia pracovného pomeru a tiež okamžité skončenie pracovného pomeru zo strany zamestnanca aj zamestnávateľa. Posledná kapitola je komparácia vybraných členských štátov v EÚ, kde rozoberá rozdiely okamžitého skončenia pracovného pomeru.
