Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se svém úvodu zabývá nejprve rozborem teorie obrábění jako celku. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy, které jsou doplněny obrázky. V další částí je zaměření na samotnou metodu suchého obrábění, při které dochází ke vzniku škodlivých zplodin, tedy suchého prachu. Jelikož je snahou podniku tento problém řešit, jsou dále uvedeny metody a rozbor těchto metod, kterými se podnik doposud snažil dosáhnout odstranění vznikajících zplodin. Úkolem této bakalářské práce je tedy navrhnout metody a způsoby vedoucí k efektivnímu odstranění tohoto problému. V samotném návrhu metod je snaha o nabídnutí různých variant odsávacích zařízení, které budou nejlépe splňovat svoji funkci pro daný případ. Posouzení jejich kladů a záporů a především jejich vhodnosti pro danou aplikaci. Dále práce obsahuje posouzení finanční nákladnosti jednotlivých návrhů a výběr nejvhodnější varianty z hlediska finančního i technologického.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis is focused at the analysis of the theory of machining. The basic conceptions which are supplemented with pictures are introduced. Another part of the thesis deals with the method of dry machining itself, particularly with the problem of by-product in the form of dry powder. Whereas production plants try to solve this problem, the analysis of some methods to remove by-products which production plants usually employ is also provided. The aim of the bachelor?s thesis is to offer some ways and methods to solve such a problem efficiently. While proposing a method there is also an attempt to offer various dust exhausting equipment which will be more suitable for a specific case. The evaluation of advantages and disadvantages the equipment may have and its compatibility for a certain application is also offered. The thesis also presents the analysis of costs some offered methods and means may have and the proposal of the most financially and technologically advantageous ways is made.
