Diplomová práce se věnuje seniorům s diagnózou diabetes mellitus, kteří jsou léčeni inzulinoterapií a denně si v domácím prostředí aplikují inzulín. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních celků. První část je zaměřena na základní teoretické poznatky o onemocnění diabetes mellitus se zaměřením na podkapitoly hypoglykémie, inzulín, aplikační pomůcky a edukace. Abstract:
This work is focused on seniors with diabetes mellitus treated by insulin applied at home. It is divided into two main parts. First part focuses on basic theoretical knowledge about diabetes mellitus, focusing on hypoglycemia, insulin, application tools and education.
