Abstract:
Tato práce je o metodě nejmenších čtverců. Celá práce se zabývá odvětvími, ve kterých je tato metoda používána. Cílem práce bylo prostudovat v české i cizojazyčné literatuře metodu nejmenších čtverců včetně modifikací využitelných jak v matematické statistice (regresní kvantilová analýza), tak i v prostředí numerické matematiky. Presented thesis focuses on Least squares method. Whole thesis deals with branches, in which is method used. The goal of thesis was to study presented method in both Czech and foreign literature, including modifications, which could be used either in Mathematical Statistics or in environment of Numerical Mathematics.
